Job Description

A. Social Media Management

• Assist in managing and updating the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant digital channels.
• Plan, create, schedule and publish engaging social media content.
• Develop creative captions, hashtags and promotional messages.
• Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages and audience interactions.
• Ensure consistent branding, messaging and communication across all platforms.

B. Content Creation & Digital Marketing

• Assist in producing creative content, including posters, graphics, short videos, Instagram Reels, TikTok videos and event highlights.
• Support promotional campaigns for artistes, concerts, live shows and corporate events.
• Assist in photography and video recording during events, rehearsals and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Edit photos and videos for social media publishing.
• Research trending topics, music, entertainment content and social media trends.

C. Communication & Publicity

• Assist in preparing promotional write-ups, event announcements, social media captions and publicity materials.
• Support online publicity and digital communication campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams on event promotions, artiste updates and marketing materials.
• Assist in communicating with online audiences professionally.
• Support influencer, media and brand collaboration activities when required.

D. Event & Show Support

• Assist in social media coverage during concerts, shows, artiste appearances and company events.
• Capture live event content, including photos, videos and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Support event promotional activities before, during and after events.
• Work closely with the show, event and management teams to ensure timely content updates.
• Identifying target needs, work together with our team to come out with successful plan & execute it.

E. Performance Monitoring

• Monitor social media engagement, reach, views and follower growth.
• Assist in preparing basic social media performance reports.
• Suggest creative ideas to improve audience engagement and online visibility.
• Research & come out with marketing strategies

Job Requirements

• Basic proficiency in social media management, content creation, graphic design and video editing.
• Candidates should be creative, proactive, digitally savvy and passionate about the entertainment and events industry.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook is preferred. Good communication skills, teamwork and willingness to learn are essential.
