As an intern you will be a Builder: help us create and scale social campaigns, turning simple concepts into posts, short videos, and content plans that reach real people and drive engagement.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create short-form videos, static posts, and captions tailored for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Assist with basic editing, simple motion graphics, and image polishing using Canva and entry-level editing apps.

Social Strategy & Analytics

• Support content calendars, plan post schedules, and help test content ideas to learn what works.
• Track basic metrics, compile simple performance notes, and suggest small optimisations based on data.

Team Collaboration & Admin

• Work closely with producers and designers to organise assets, briefs, and timelines for client work.
• Help with campaign admin, content approvals, and ad-hoc marketing tasks as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 0 years of work experience required; personal projects or prior internships in social media are a plus.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube content formats and basic best practices.
• Basic skills in Canva, video editing apps such as CapCut or Premiere Rush, and simple image editing.
• Comfortable using social scheduling tools and reading basic analytics like reach and engagement.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Creative curiosity, openness to feedback, and a willingness to learn on the job.
• Good written communication in English; Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese is an advantage.
• Organised, punctual, and able to manage multiple small tasks reliably.
