Job Description

 

  • Identify and pursue potential corporate clients and customers various sales channels, thru social media platforms, calls, networking and referrals.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients to understand their needs, interests & preferences.
  • Deliver compelling packages and service presentations to showcase their value and address client questions head-on.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
  • Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing clients while ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
  • Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.
  • Maintain sales records and provide quarterly sales reports.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, production development, and customer service to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Understanding & satisfy customers' needs.

Job Requirements

 

  • Experience in corporate sales or business development is preferred.
     
  • Able to source and engage potential corporate clients through various channels (social media, calls, networking, referrals).
     
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
     
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
     
  • Proven ability to convert leads into sales and handle client objections.
     
  • Result-driven with the ability to meet sales targets.
     
  • Good relationship-building and client management skills.
     
  • Well-organised and able to maintain proper sales records and reports.
     
  • Able to work closely with internal teams to support sales activities.
     
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to keep up with market trends.
