Job Description

• Develop creative social media content plans according to our events & shows need.
• Create & design meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement & promoting campaigns.
• Grows and expands social media presence, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (a plus point), ...etc
• Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance, continue improve & enhance.
• Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
• Possesses digital marketing knowledge and able to give good advise & suggestion for us and to our partners & sponsors
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Assist in executing other marketing and communication related tasks from time to time eg press releases, partnership, events, etc

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing
• Agency experience strongly preferred, contributing to strategize, working with other vendors and proposal preparation
• Fluency in social media: Hands-on skills and knowledge of multiple social media platforms and awareness of current trends
• Excellent multitasking skills & ad hoc projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Creative & have knowledge in graphic design & video editing
• Experience in influencers marketing a plus point
• Passionate team leader with a strong drive for challenge
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Provide insights to help impact and improve team strategy
• Stay current on trends in social media marketing, best practices, and emerging products and platforms
• To work closely with team in achieving overall goals
• Critical thinker and problem-solver
