- Lead and guide a team of IT auditors, fostering continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and adherence to professional standards.
- Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and risk assessments to executive management and stakeholders, collaborate with business units to address issues, and provide guidance on IT control enhancements.
- Monitor and evaluate IT audit processes for effectiveness, recommending and implementing enhancements through tools and methodologies while contributing to IT governance policies and standards.
1. Advanced knowledge in relevant professional frameworks such as Standards and Professional Frameworks, Risk Management, and Standards and Guidelines on Information Systems Audit required.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Information Systems field necessary.
3. Ability to effectively influence change in ambiguous situations and act as a change agent within the organization must be demonstrated.
4. Strong understanding of business environments and their impact on people, practices, and business acumen needed.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a blend of diplomacy and assertiveness in decision-making crucial.
