<div>MIMOS was established to initiate research and development (R&amp;D) in Microelectronics in 1985 under the Prime Minister’s Department. Throughout its journey, MIMOS has evolved into the national Applied R&amp;D Centre to be a catalyst of growth for the electrical and electronic industry and to realise the Nation’s Information and Communications Technology (ICT) vision propelling Malaysia into a high-technology country.</div><div>Currently, MIMOS is a strategic agency under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) and a premier innovation centre in Semiconductors, Microelectronics, and ICT technologies, contributing to Malaysia’s socio-economic growth through patentable technology platforms, products, and solutions. <p>Scope Management:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure scope, schedule and costs are reasonable and achievable.</li>
<li>Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with project stakeholders.</li>

<li>To prepare the projects spending plan with the team. To monitor the progress of spending against the plan. To report on projects spending performance.</li>
<li>To ensure that projects spending is within the approved budget. To practice cost effective spending approach to ensure that there are savings in the project (Commercial projects only)</li>
<li>Ensure all delivered project deliverables are endorsed by the customer and governance meetings are conducted to endorse and approve the payment of project milestones.</li>
<li>Work with Finance department on the issuance of Delivery Order (DO) and Invoices and also the eP process for government projects.</li>
<li>Follow up with customer on payment collection.</li>
