Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our Training Consultant in managing client engagements, coordinating training programmes, and developing learning content. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate training, client management, and learning & development (L&D) strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Training Coordination & Operations
- Assist in organising training sessions (virtual & physical)
- Liaise with trainers, clients, and participants
- Prepare training materials, attendance lists, and reports
- Support HRDC claimable documentation (if applicable)
Client & Business Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and training decks
- Conduct basic research on client industries and training needs
- Support follow-ups with clients via email/WhatsApp
Content Development
- Help develop training slides, case studies, and activities
- Assist in creating LinkedIn and marketing content for programmes
- Support in AI-related or ESG-related research (if relevant)
Market Research & Lead Generation
- Identify potential trainers, SMEs, and corporate clients
- Research trending training topics and industry needs
- Assist in building databases (HR contacts, companies, etc.)
Internship Details
- Duration: 3–6 months
- Allowance: RM1400 per month
- Start Date: Immediate
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Internship programme in Business, HR, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Strong communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Interest in training, consulting, or L&D
- Self-driven, organised, and willing to learn
Bonus (Good to Have)
- Experience in Canva / content creation
- Interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools)
- Active on LinkedIn or social media
