About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on HRDC expert who can own everything related to HRDC — from program approvals and claims to compliance and funding strategy.
You’ll work directly with founders, trainers, and the sales team to turn training into funded, scalable programs.

​Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Sales &amp; Business Development: Drive the sales of corporate training programs by identifying prospect needs and matching them with high-impact learning solutions.</li>
<li>Grant Management Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert on HRDC Levy regulations, Perkeso (SOCSO) schemes, and other available government grants (e.g., MDEC, ESG initiatives).</li>
<li>Portal Mastery: Manage the end-to-end process within the e-TRiS portal, including grant applications, claims, and employer account management.</li>
<li>Strategic Advisory: Consult with HR departments to strategize their annual training calendar based on their available levy balance and eligibility for public grants.</li>
<li>Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with HRDC officers and other government bodies to stay ahead of policy changes and new funding opportunities.</li>
<li>Operations &amp; Documentation: Ensure all training documentation complies with HRDC audit requirements to guarantee 100% claim approval rates for clients.</li>
