Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design skills, a good understanding of branding and digital content, and the ability to use AI tools to enhance and accelerate the creative process.

You will be responsible for developing engaging visual content across digital and print platforms while maintaining consistent brand identity and design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for digital, social media, marketing, advertising, and print materials.
• Create artwork for social media posts, campaigns, presentations, brochures, banners, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.
• Maintain and develop brand guidelines, visual identity, typography, layouts, and design consistency.
• Prepare final artwork for digital and print production.
• Keep up to date with current design trends, visual styles, technologies, and creative tools.
• Use AI-powered creative tools to generate ideas, concepts, images, layouts, variations, and other design assets where appropriate.
• Experiment with emerging AI tools and workflows to improve creative efficiency while maintaining professional design quality.
• Ensure AI-generated content is properly refined, edited, and aligned with the company's brand standards.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant graphic design experience; candidates with strong portfolios may also be considered.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Good understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing content for social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Good knowledge and practical experience with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Canva AI, or other emerging AI design tools.
• Ability to combine AI-generated assets with professional design skills rather than relying solely on AI-generated output.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and ability to understand creative briefs.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
