• Minimum SPM/O-Level qualification, or currently pursuing/recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, or possess a strong academic background.
• Passionate about education and enjoys working with children.
• Syllabus and teaching materials will be provided, so teachers can focus on delivering effective and engaging lessons. 
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Responsible, patient, positive, and eager to learn.
• Willing to adapt to new teaching methods and classroom practices.
• No prior teaching experience is required. Comprehensive training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

Lesson Delivery

• Plan and deliver small group lessons aligned to KSSR or IGCSE learning goals.
• Adapt explanations and materials to each student so concepts stay clear and achievable.

Student Progress & Assessment

• Track progress with short assessments and provide concise feedback to parents and the team.
• Set simple learning targets and adjust plans based on assessment results.

Classroom Management & Communication

• Maintain a positive, organised learning environment and manage behaviour with patience.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and next steps clearly to parents and coordinators.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Open to fresh graduates. 
• Comfort with KSSR or IGCSE 

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic lesson planning and simple assessment techniques for primary levels.
• Familiarity with KSSR and IGCSE syllabus topics relevant to primary students.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Professional Responsibility, demonstrating punctuality, preparation, and reliability.
• Patience and Classroom Management to keep young learners focused and engaged.
• Independent Thinking, Strategic Planning, and Student Engagement to adapt lessons and encourage participation.
