Job Description

Job Summary:

This role focuses on both client relationship management and the coordination of learning programs. You are responsible for building strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and proposing solutions that drive retention and account growth. You also involve in managing end-to-end training programs from handling enrolment to maintain compliance through accurate record. You are responsible to:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and business challenges, while proactively providing solutions that align with their goals.
  2. Drive client retention by ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying upsell opportunities, ultimately contributing to account growth and closing deals.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, offering clients a smooth and consistent experience.
  4. Manage and grow client accounts, leveraging client feedback and market trends to offer learning solutions that drives customer success.
  5. Ensure learning programs are effectively managed from learners enrolment to the delivery of the programs.
  6. Maintain accurate training records and databases, both for producing relevant training reports and meeting compliance requirements, while coordinating and organising communication wit clients and attendees for complete delivery of learning programs.

Job Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Possess a valid driving license and own transport, with a willingness to travel outstation as needed.
  • Familiary with the training industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks & prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a customer-first approach.
