Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to support our e-commerce and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and social media channels, to provide actionable insights that drive business growth and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Collect, clean, and analyze sales data from Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms.
•  Track and evaluate marketing campaigns (Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, Facebook/Instagram, XiaoHongShu).
•  Develop dashboards and automated reports (Excel, Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau).
•  Identify sales trends, best-selling products, and underperforming SKUs.
•  Provide inventory and sales forecasting to support purchasing and stock planning.
•  Deliver insights and recommendations to management for improving ROI, conversion rate, and customer retention.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
•  1–3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
•  Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
•  Familiar with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
•  Knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis is an advantage.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen.
•  Ability to communicate complex data in clear, actionable insights.
•  Experience with Shopee & Lazada Seller Center data exports.
•  Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or XiaoHongShu analytics.
•  E-commerce/retail industry background.
