Job Description
- Develop, implement, and oversee digital advertising initiatives across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok
- Design and manage social media content schedules, posts, and engage with the community
- Execute email marketing initiatives aimed at customer retention and conversion
- Enhance website content for SEO to boost visibility in search engine results
- Work in tandem with designers and content teams to create marketing collateral
- Keep abreast of digital trends and competitor movements to maintain a competitive edge
- Propose innovative growth strategies and tools to enhance digital performance
Job Requirements
- At least 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (like Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok and etc) is advantageous
- Basic skills in graphic design or video editing are a plus
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Able to work autonomously and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline
