Job Description

1. Perform accounting data entry 
2. Maintain proper filing of accounting record 
3. Support daily accounting activities and monthly closing of accounts 
4. Cash Book & Back End Accounts Reconciliation 
5. Accounts Reconciliation
6.  Assist & provide general accounting support, statistical analysis and other special projects. 
7. Assisting with research, filling, data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records. 
8. Supporting the team with finance/accounts operations matter. 
9. Shadowing members of the Finance department in the preparation of relevant general accounting transactions and bookkeeping. 
10. Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.
11. Assist seniors in carrying works assigned.

Job Requirements

Job requirements:

1. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
2. Diploma / Degree's in Accounting / Finance or any relevant major(s). 
3. Expertise in numbers and good math skills are very important
4. Must have knowledge of the basic principles and practices of accounting and financial analysis. 
5. Must be able to collect, evaluate and interpret data, in both statistical and narrative form. 
6. Should be capable of preparing files and maintaining records and documentation. 
7. Should have good written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu. 
8. Other skills required are related to problem-solving, entering and verifying data, knowledge of computers and various software applications. - If you are open to learning, then this is your place!

Monday till Friday (8.30 am – 5.30pm)
