Job Description

1. Inspect the incoming raw material, intermediate and finished good and ensure their specifications are met
2. Carry out sorting according to specifications.
3. To inspect the intermediate and finished good by workers along the production line.
4. Conduct moisture test after drying process, to ensure meeting specifications.
5. Provide immediate feedback to superior on non-conformities detected in the production process, intermediary and end product。
6. Check the cleanliness of the EBN output by workers.
7. To check to ensure all personnel hygiene are maintained at all times. 
8. Working hours: Monday until Friday (8.30 am – 5.30pm); Saturday (8.30 am – 1.30 pm)

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Science or Food Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in food industry, preferably in QA or supplier food safety audits.
• Preferably with understanding on GMP, HALAL, MOH, DVS, HACCP & HAS.
• Physically fit to work in factory premise (during audit) 
• Able to travel for work and work independently. 
• No food allergy or aversion to testing and evaluating ingredients. 
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Chinese, English & Bahasa Melayu (spoken & written).
• Computer skills.
• This position requires candidate to possess strong leadership qualities, willing to work independently and ready to take challenges
• Good Management skills and acquire problems solving and decision making skills
• Fresh Graduates are also taken into consideration
