As the backbone of front-of-house, you will manage reservations, greet and assist guests, coordinate seating, process payments, and support daily service so shifts run without friction.

Job Requirements

•  Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service is an advantage.
• Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge is an added advantage.

• 形象整洁、态度亲切，具备良好的服务意识。
• 具备良好的沟通及人际交往能力。
• 能配合轮班、周末及公共假期工作。
• 工作认真负责、守时，具备团队合作精神。
• 能够在快节奏的工作环境中处理多项任务。
• 熟悉电脑操作或 POS 收银系统者优先考虑。
