As a Front Desk Service Crew, you are the backbone of front-of-house operations, handling reservations, seating, guest enquiries, and payments to keep service flowing. You will coordinate with kitchen and floor staff to maintain smooth shifts and a positive atmosphere during busy periods.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service is an advantage.
• Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge is an added advantage.
