Job Description

Assist in all aspects of business licensing application work in accordance to local requirements and regulations.

  • Understand and keep up-to-date with all relevant Acts & Regulations and to ensure compliance by clients.
  • Filing up forms and submit application for obtaining licenses and permits.
  • Follow up with various professionals, agencies and department to ensure application is successful.
  • Liaise with clients to obtain information and reminding them promptly to provide the info.
  • Provide progress update to clients and assist in answering any queries that they have.
  • Perform both online and physical submission at counter of government agencies.
  • Organize and proper filing of all paperwork.
  • Research on how to fulfil requirements to obtain the license or permit, including visiting clients or local councils to obtain relevant information and know-how
  • Assist in other administrative work from time to time.
