Job Description

• Manage, coordinate and execute marketing activities including checking and improving marketing contents, collaterals, and creatives.
• Develop comprehensive monthly / quarterly / annual marketing plans.
• Design automation for EDM and chatbots.
• Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns and ability to provide projections, report matrices and statuses.
• Managing and supporting effective execution of activity calendars including in-office activities and outreach initiatives.
• Devise appropriate Public Relations strategies and partnership as required and in line with business needs.
• Good understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels and adopt effective best practices across marketing areas.
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, social media channels and etc.
• Drive effective use of websites or content by developing and implementing SEO/SEM strategies.
• Proactively escalate / highlight issues when necessary, along with ideas of how to improve lead numbers and lead quality.
• Identify relevant vendors, agencies and partners to increase the business success.
• Plan, schedule and execute events marketing activities.
• Lead, develop and maintain a high performing team in line with company's goals.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years in relevant experience and fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Writing, Graphic & Interactive Design, Multimedia, Animation/Visual Effects or equivalent.
• Excellent in written and spoken EN and CN
• Experience in creating strong, engaging content both infographics and videos.
• A portfolio of applicable outputs.
• An understanding of SEO and Social Media best practices.
• Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
• Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
