Profile:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Advisor to join our team. The Retail Sales Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the retail store while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in mobile and electronic devices.

Job Description: 

  • Responsible for day-to-day retail operations.
  • Deliver high quality and standards of service to customers.
  • Proactively engaged and attend to walk-in customers. 
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide after-sales support, including assistance with repair-related matters
  • Perform cashiering duties.
  • Receive, process and organize incoming goods/deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product displays in the store.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc duties as and when required. 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in any discipline. 
  • No experience required, training will be provided.
  • Customer service oriented and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Possesses a professional and cheerful attitude.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • A passion for mobile and electronic devices will be highly advantageous.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills.
