Job Description & Job Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Interns often start with basic tasks like data entry. This involves inputting financial transactions into accounting software or spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
• Reconciliation: Interns may assist in reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, or accounts receivable records to ensure they match and resolve any discrepancies.
• Invoice Processing: Helping with the processing of invoices, which includes verifying invoices, coding them correctly, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
• E-Invoicing Support: Assist in generating, uploading, and managing e-invoices to comply with government or company requirements.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies and maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
• Documentation and Filing: Maintaining organized records and filing systems for financial documents, making them easily accessible when needed.

Job Requirements

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ Marketing/Management/ Admin/ Human Resources/ Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Mandarin will be priority as need to deals with China supplier.
• Possess Own Transport
• Intern Duration: 3 months or 6 months

Working Hours & Days: 9am-6pm (Monday-Friday) 

Location: No.8, Jalan Utama 2/28, Taman Perindustrian Puchong Utama, 47100 Puchong, Selangor. (HQ)
