Brief

Our #MKAJoycareTeam is expanding! We are hiring Key Account Executive to manage one of our key retailers. This role will be responsible for managing and growing sales for assigned key accounts within the health and beauty division. This includes developing strong customer relationships, implementing promotional activities and ensuring optimal product visibility and market penetration.

What You Would Work On

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and e-commerce partners in the health and beauty industry.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned key accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and quick resolution of issues.
  • Regularly visit customers and manage end-to-end product sampling and deliveries.
  • Monitor account performance and proactively propose growth strategies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions and trading terms to maximize profitability.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the product portfolio.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, beauty events and online campaigns.
  • Ensure product placement, displays and branding comply with guidelines and attract consumer attention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer insights to optimize product positioning.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, promotional plans and account review reports.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on account performance and market conditions.

  • We are fully on site and our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
  • Our office, MKA Joycare Sdn Bhd is located at 40, Jln TPP 3, Taman Perindustrian Putra, 47130 Puchong, Selangor.

Job Requirements

  • Passionate in health, beauty and skincare preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Min 1 year experience in account management or sales, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, skincare or personal care.
