Brief
The Sales and Marketing Executive (for local Singaporeans only and based in our office in Kaki Bukit, Singapore) will be looking into executing, planning and driving the sales and marketing strategy for our health and beauty products to customers, businesses or retail outlets. This role involves building relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting solutions that align with those needs.

Key Responsibilities

<li>Introduce and promote health and beauty products in Singapore.</li>
<li>Drive sales by presenting the product benefits and explaining the features.</li>
<li>Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs (key performance indicators) monthly.</li>
<li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and business continuity.</li>
<li>Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.</li>
<li>Address customers' concerns and offer the most viable solutions.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with the latest health and beauty trends, product innovations and customer preferences.</li>
<li>Analyze competitors’ products and pricing strategies to stay competitive.</li>
<li>Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to understand market demand.</li>
<li>Conduct product demonstrations to showcase how they work and their benefits.</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to decision-makers in businesses.</li>
<li>Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions with clients.</li>
<li>Close deals and finalize contracts with customers, ensuring both sides are satisfied with the terms of business.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and sales performance.</li>
<li>Submit regular sales reports to management to track progress and outcomes.</li>
<li>Maintain inventory records and assist in stock ordering when needed.</li>
<li>Continuously learn about new products and services in the beauty sector.</li>
<li>Provide training and educational materials to customers or internal teams regarding the products being sold.</li>
<li>Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned or required by superior from time to time.</li>
