Job Description
Brief:
Our #MKAMarketingTeam is expanding! We are looking for Marketing Executives for our automotive parts brands: RCB, UMA Racing, Solfili, including our up and coming new helmet brands! You will be developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our two-wheeled products (suspension, chassis, rim, braking system, ECU etc), build brand awareness and drive customer engagement for both online and offline platforms, including ground activations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the brand and products in the two-wheeled industry.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute digital, print, and event marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with the product team to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing channels (social media, websites, print, etc).
- Oversee the development of marketing materials (brochures, videos, advertisements) to communicate product benefits effectively.
- Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence (Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), creating engaging content that aligns with the two-wheeled lifestyle.
- Drive online campaigns through SEO, SEM and email marketing to increase product visibility and sales.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement and ROI.
- Plan and organize promotional events, product launches and trade shows to engage with customers and industry professionals.
- Develop partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers and industry figures to promote the brand.
- Attend industry events to represent the brand and network with potential customers, dealers and suppliers.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on campaign performance, lead generation and sales metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor strategies and industry innovations.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required by the management and/or superior from time-time.
