Job Description

Brief
The role as the Product Management Executive would be providing support to the product management team to ensure that motorcycle products meet market needs and align with the company's strategic goals. This role involves assisting in various aspects of product development, from initial concept through to launch and post-launch analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the R&D, Marketing and Sales; and Country Managers to define target products, market segmentation, demands and its speed to market.
  • Support the development of new chassis products for local and international motorcycle and motorsports brands.
  • Accountable in the product development and management processes from product drawing, product specifications including pricing strategy and competitor’s analysis.
  • Manage time and project planning effectively, including preparing presentations to stakeholders.
  • Act as the focal point between Product Management Manager and Product Designer, including Technician.
  • Work closely with the brand and marketing team to finalise on the packaging material as well as other key considerations.
  • Responsible in the correspondences on product development and progress, ensuring the timelines are met.
  • Other duties assigned by the superior and / or Management of the Group from time to time.

  • Our office is located at 40, Jln TPP 5, Taman Perindustrian Putra, 47130 Puchong, Selangor (please Google us up before applying for this role to see if the location is ideal for future commute to work).
  • We are fully on-site as our working hours is 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri.

Job Requirements

  • Passionate in the two-wheeler industry.
  • Sound knowledge of the automotive standards and relevant regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication with various stakeholders, including team members, suppliers, and customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Experience in customer service and support roles, meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written Mandarin (as this role will be dealing with Mandarin speaking stakeholders and clients)
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to uphold privacy and confidentiality at all times.
