Job Description

Brief

Our health and beauty entity, MKA Joycare Sdn Bhd is hiring! In this role as the Sales Support Executive, your role is essential in providing support to the Sales Team on administrative and operational matters, ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the processing of various administrative services such as quotation, sales order, delivery invoice and data updating with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns.
  • Ensure inventory management is well-managed with accurate stock levels.
  • Maintain sales records and generate regular reports on sales performance, trends and customer data and prepare weekly / monthly sales report.
  • Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accurate contact and order information.
  • Provide support for sales meetings and presentations, including preparing materials and reports.
  • Assist in organizing promotional activities, events and product launches.
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with distributors and customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure that orders are packed and delivered to customers on time.
  • Work closely within the department to ensure new product launches, changes in pack designs, sales / promotion schemes, price and market surveys are conducted and implemented.
  • Perform any other related duties as management and/or superior may require from time to time.

  • Our office, MKA Joycare Sdn Bhd is located at: 33, Jln TPP 3, Taman Perindustrian Putra, 47130 Puchong, Selangor (please Google us up before you apply to see if you would be open to commute to this location for work)
  • Working hours is Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm. 


Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin required to deal with Mandarin-speaking customers from overseas.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a great team player.
