Our #MKASupplyChainTeam is expanding! We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to support the procurement process by managing purchase orders, maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring inventory levels and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services to meet the organization’s operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and approved budgets.</li>
<li>Obtain competitive quotations from suppliers and evaluate offers based on price, quality, and delivery terms.</li>
<li>Liaise with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and specifications.</li>
<li>Maintain and update supplier database, ensuring accurate contact and compliance information.</li>
<li>Follow up with vendors on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and discrepancies.</li>
<li>Assist in negotiating pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or overstock situations.</li>
<li>Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.</li>
<li>Track shipments and resolve delivery or quality issues with suppliers.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and relevant regulations.</li>
<li>Prepare purchasing reports and summaries for management review.</li>
