To source for new land and business venture.

To study and analyse project development proposal and make recommendations.

To develop the conceptual / product / target market / market research.

To source for investors / en-bloc sale / anchor tenants / tenants mix.

To prepare feasibility study, market research, business proposal and joint venture terms.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Real Estate Management / Property / Valuation.

At least 8 years of relevant working experience in property development company, valuation or property consultancy firm.

Strong negotiation and writing skills.

Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.

Self-driven, proactive and results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth.

Well versed in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
