Job Description

US-registered software company expanding into Malaysia.

We're hiring independent field sales reps to help restaurants and retail stores sign up for our platform — online orders, delivery management, and customer growth tools.

This is NOT a fixed salary. You earn from results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

•  Visit 15–20 local businesses daily (restaurants, cafés, shops)
•  Speak with owners/managers in person — not telesales
•  Show how the platform helps them get more customers
•  Log every visit in our system the same day

HOW YOU EARN (RM):

•  10% commission on every paying merchant you sign (from your first sale)
•  Optional RM 750/month stipend — unlocks after 2 paid sales in your first 7 days; keep it with 8+ sales last month
•  Monthly achievement bonuses up to RM 5,000 (three tiers — you keep each tier you hit)
•  PLUS, Sign-up bonus RM 5,000 if you hit early targets in your first 67 days

EXAMPLE MONTHLY EARNINGS:

•  10 sales (~RM 6,990): 

~RM 699 commission + RM 750 stipend = ~RM 1,449

•  20 sales (~RM 13,980): 

~RM 1,398 commission + RM 750 stipend + bonuses = ~RM 3,000+

•  Strong performers: 

RM 5,000–11,000+/month

•  Can work 5 days/week in your assigned area
•  Sales experience helpful, not required

NOT FOR YOU IF:

•  You need a guaranteed monthly salary
•  You only want work-from-home / no field visits

Qualified candidates → self-paced training → short video interview → trial day in the field.

Independent contractor. Full written pay exhibit after screening.
