Job Description

  • Handle daily accounting tasks including AR, AP, GL, invoicing, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliation.
  • Manage monthly billing, official receipts, refund processing, and maintain accurate records/documentation.
  • Assist in monthly closing, audit/tax preparation, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Responsible for monitoring outstanding maintenance charges, credit control, debt recovery, issuance of reminder notices, and follow-up actions, including managing and coordinating tribunal proceedings where necessary.
  • Handle administrative duties such as meeting minutes, filing, E-Comm system updates, and general office support.
  • Provide excellent customer service by attending to walk-in customers and enquiries, while supporting the finance team with data entry, filing, and other ad-hoc assignments.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of accounting/admin experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software.
  • Familiar with E-Comm systems/software is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English; Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.
