Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain and provide ongoing support for computing devices, peripheral devices, networking equipment, and software applications to ensure efficient operations.
- Explore and leverage automation tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline and optimize daily operations. (Development, Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance)
- Provide IT-related administrative support including maintenance contract renewal, user accounts, procure IT-related hardware/software and services and licensing management.
- Maintain and update IT inventory records.
