- Build dynamic work programmes in Microsoft Excel to minimize manual updates.
- Collaborate with executive
- Work with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information.
- Develop Excel models for material, award, and construction workforce schedules.
- Analyse worker speed data to validate estimated site work time.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks to ensure timely delivery.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction field.
- Have 3 years of site experience is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and complex formulas.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
