Job Description
- Engage with leads provided fully by the company's marketing team — no personal ad spend required.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience, with proven expertise in sales and a strong ability to engage clients and close deals.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Familiarity with property market trends, financing options, and sales regulations.
- Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong commitment toward driving sales and achieving sales targets.
