Job Description
- Oversee the progress and execution of work for full residential block, managing Architecture, C&S and M&E supervisors
- Plan and organise daily site operations, including worker and supervisor briefings, workforce planning, monitoring productivity and material usage to ensure work progress is on schedule.
- Optimise workflow, resource utilisation, and task sequencing for smooth execution.
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate with the site QS for timely material ordering and delivery.
- Act as the key point of contact for resolving on-site technical issues, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- At least 1 full project cycle as Site Manager or in a similar role
- Experience in high rise residential project is required
- Proficient in using project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
