Job Description

• Assist daily operations and provide end-to-end administrative and operational support to the Customer Service team.
• Assist pre-sales activities, including preparation of quotations and tender submissions, as well as post-sales processes such as generating sales orders, delivery orders,invoices, commissioning notes, credit notes, and processing refunds.
• Raise purchase orders (POs) and manage goods receipt transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist loan sets, verify consignment stock count sheets, and ensure accurate updates to consignment stock records.
• Maintain a high standard of service and support for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and service-related calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate logistics for loan sets and provide timely updates to the sales team on coverage and delivery arrangements.
• Assist preparing daily stock write-off documentation, perform stock adjustments, and process stock transfers to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requisitions when required.
• Assist in inventory counts during stock take exercises and support related departmental activities.
• Generate basic monthly reports on loan set utilization for internal review.
• Reconcile inventory data with warehouse records and prepare reports on excess or slow-moving stock.
• Perform general administrative duties and undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
