<li>Revenue Generation</li>
<ul>
<li>Identify new business development opportunities by following up on leads and researching potential clients.</li>
<li>Create new business prospects by engaging with potential clients to assess their needs and present suitable solutions.</li>
<li>Utilise cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to connect with prospective clients.</li>
<li>Respond to client inquiries regarding company services via phone or email.</li>
<li>Draft and present business proposals and pitches to prospective clients.</li>
<li>Conduct market research by investigating leads analyzing accounts and creating targeted lists.</li>
<li>Negotiate pricing and contracts to successfully close deals.</li>
<li>Develop specification documents including technical specifications diagrams bills of quantities schedules quotations and pre-quotes.</li>
<li>Participate in industry events and engage in networking opportunities.</li>
<li>Possess a thorough understanding of company services and overall business positioning.</li>
<li>Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. </li>

<li>Client Interaction</li>

<li>Optimize the use of the client relationship management system (ZOHO CRM) by ensuring data entry and ongoing updates on client status.</li>
<li>Coordinate with other teams and colleagues to align offerings with client requirements.</li>
<li>Possess the enthusiasm and motivation to manage several accounts while identifying new opportunities. </li>

<li>Marketing Assistance</li>
<ul>
<li>Communicate with third-party vendors to develop related marketing tools and materials.</li>
<li>Continuously create and review marketing materials to attract high-quality leads.</li>
<li>Contribute to ongoing planning and budgeting processes.</li>
<li>Assist in the creation of marketing collateral including written video audio and social media content.</li>
<li>Conduct introductory software demonstrations and enhanced presentations once trained.</li>
<li>Provide support for trade shows. </li>
</ul>
<li>Reporting</li>
<ul>
<li>Prepare any required reports for management and clients.</li>
<li>Generate internal reports as requested by heads of departments. </li>
</ul>
<li>Meeting Department KPIs</li>
<ul>
<li>Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by management.</li>
<li>Regularly provide updates on KPI progress to the head of department and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets. </li>

<li>Additional Responsibilities</li>

<li>Assist the team with various responsibilities as needed.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing sales and operations to ensure business development efforts align with the overall business strategy.</li>

<li>Participate in the documentation and implementation of the Integrated Management System (ISMS) Quality Management System (QMS) Environmental Management System (EMS) and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS).</li>
