Job Description

We are looking for a Client Engagement & Corporate Communications Lead who will represent the company with professionalism, credibility, and confidence.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring strong relationships and high client satisfaction.
• Represent the company in client meetings, corporate presentations, industry events, and sustainability discussions.
• Deliver compelling presentations on related to MMC’s Services. 
• Work closely with the Business Development team to support client acquisition, proposal presentations, and service introductions.
• Manage corporate communication to ensure consistent brand image, professionalism, and messaging across client engagements.
• Translate technical services into clear, client-friendly communication that highlights value and compliance benefits.
• Develop and maintain strong rapport with corporate decision-makers, sustainability leaders, and procurement teams.
• Support marketing initiatives, LinkedIn presence, and corporate storytelling related to sustainability and responsible recycling.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Environmental Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, client engagement, business development support, or account management.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships with corporate clients and senior stakeholders.
• Confident, professional presence with the ability to represent the company at corporate meetings and industry events.
• Experience in sustainability, recycling, IT services, or environmental compliance will be an added advantage.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple client engagements effectively.
