The Digital Transformation & IT Executive supports the company’s digitalisation and information
technology initiatives by managing technology-driven projects, strengthening IT infrastructure,
and supporting information security compliance. This role contributes to improving operational
efficiency, system reliability, and digital capabilities aligned with business and operational
requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Transformation & Systems
● Support and drive digital transformation initiatives across the organisation, including
system enhancements, digital platforms, mobile applications, and customer experience
improvement projects.
● Assist in defining and implementing technology roadmaps in collaboration with internal
stakeholders and external partners.
● Participate in the setup, administration, and continuous improvement of data
infrastructure, digital systems, and technology platforms.
IT Infrastructure & Security
● Ensure IT infrastructure is maintained, updated, and fit for purpose across corporate
offices and business units.
● Support the implementation and monitoring of IT security controls, cybersecurity
measures, and access management practices.
● Assist in maintaining compliance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 information security
management requirements.
Project & Vendor Coordination
● Coordinate with third-party vendors, consultants, and service providers for IT systems,
digital tools, and transformation projects.
● Manage multiple projects, tasks, and inquiries concurrently while meeting timelines and
operational priorities.
● Provide support during system incidents, ad hoc requests, or exceptional operational
situations when required.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
● Strong interest in digital transformation, information technology, systems, and process
improvement.
● Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to interpret, document, and implement IT policies, procedures, and system
documentation.
● Strong time management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks.
● Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively
in a team environment.
● Able to adapt quickly to change and learn new systems and technologies efficiently.
● Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
