Job Description

 Job Overview:

The Finance Executive is responsible for managing daily financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting financial reporting and compliance activities. The role ensures timely processing of transactions, proper documentation, and adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full or partial sets of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning
  • Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing
  • Prepare financial reports and support management reporting
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external parties
  • Maintain proper financial documentation and filing
  • Support budgeting and cost control activities
  • Assist in statutory submissions when required

Job Requirements

 Requirements & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in finance or accounting role
  • Experience handling accounting software (AutoCount, SQL, SAP, Zoho, or similar)
  • Knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements and financial practices
  • Experience in audit preparation or financial reporting is an advantage
