Job Description
- Assist in maintaining IMS documents (policies, SOPs, WI, forms)
- Ensure proper document formatting, numbering, and version control
- IMS Documentation & Compliance
- Support in aligning documents with IMS requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001)
- Assist in transferring documents into standard IMS templates
- Coordinate with departments to collect and update documents
- Perform general administrative tasks related to IMS
- Assist in report preparation and documentation updates
Job Requirements
Qualifications (EHS Related)
Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in:
Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), Environmental Science / Environmental Management, Industrial Hygiene / Safety Engineering Or any related field
