Job Overview

We’re seeking a creative and driven Junior Marketing Communications & PR Executive to join our team. If you’re passionate about storytelling, marketing campaigns, and making a difference, this is your chance to shine. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and other stakeholders to boost brand recognition and execute campaigns that inspire and engage.

 

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

  • Develop engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other platforms.
  • Manage and update social media accounts, ensuring consistent and on-brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to create impactful content.
  • Plan and execute a monthly content calendar and marketing activities.

Campaign Execution

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels.
  • Create campaign landing pages and support emails, ads, newsletters, and SEO content.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage the company’s digital presence, including SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads) to track progress and optimise campaigns.

Public Relations & Networking

  • Build relationships with industry players, media, and corporate clients.
  • Represent MM Century professionally and enthusiastically at events, trade shows, and webinars.

Marketing Tools & Event Coordination

  • Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, corporate profiles, and videos.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional events and ensuring seamless operations.

Job Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, PR, or related fields.
  • Strong English writing and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Understanding of digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Creative and data-driven, with a knack for storytelling.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Public speaking skills and experience engaging with audiences.
  • Fresh graduates with a hunger to learn are encouraged to apply.
