Job Description
- Overall site planning, coordination, and management to ensure completion of works within required standards, quality, and targeted schedules.
- Liaise with sub-contractor to ensure project progress within planning schedule.
- To monitor and manage construction activities of appointed sub-contractors at site(s) to ensure completion of work.
- Prepare and review the planned schedule, budget cost, progress claim & report.
- Attending as a company representative for technical meeting and site visit.
- Witnesses the M&E equipment testing which been conduct by sub-contractor.
- Quality control for sub-contractor work to minimum complaint from client or end user.
- To assist Site Supervisor on the arrangements of all site materials, equipment and labors for daily works.
- Daily Monitor site activities
Job Requirements
Education Level
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering / or any related field.
Working Experience
- At least (1) years of working experience in the related capacity with exposure in construction especially fast track project.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
Special Knowledge / Skill
- Positive attitude, able to multi-task and work in a fast-pace environment;
- Initiative and aggressive toward work and able to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
- Hands On experience in direct handling of sub-contractor will be advantage.
- Good knowledge of Office Software (Work, Excel, Powerpoint, Autocad & etc.)
