Job Description

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, supporting their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress and development.
• Encourage positive social interactions among children.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom.

Job Requirements

• Possess a recognized diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Passionate about working with young children and their development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, caring, and nurturing demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards for child care in Malaysia is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
