As our Graphic Designer/Photographer, you will design and produce image and video creatives for social channels and digital ads on Meta, TikTok, Google Display Network and YouTube. You will join a flat team of versatile creatives, help scale campaign assets from concept to live, and learn product or food photography through on-the-job training with a salary increment available if you already bring photography experience.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Creative Production

• Design and deliver image and short-form video creatives for organic and paid social across Meta, TikTok, Google Display Network and YouTube.
• Convert concepts into platform-ready ad formats while keeping visual consistency and campaign goals in mind.

Photography & Video Shoots

• Support and lead product, lifestyle and food shoots, handle basic lighting, composition and on-set direction as you grow.
• Capture, edit and colour correct stills and short clips that match brand briefs and advertiser requirements.

Collaboration & Campaign Delivery

• Work closely with creatives, accounts and media teams to scale assets from concept to live across multiple placements.
• Maintain organised source files, version control and timely delivery while incorporating feedback efficiently.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• 1-4 years of experience as a graphic designer or similar role, with a portfolio showing social and paid creatives.
• Prior photography experience is welcome and may be rewarded with a salary increment.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects.
• Familiarity with social and display ad specifications for Meta, TikTok and Google platforms is a plus.
• Basic DSLR camera operation is a bonus; we provide on-the-job training in camera and lighting techniques.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong eye for composition, colour and visual storytelling across stills and short-form video.
• Clear communicator who handles feedback constructively and works well within a flat, collaborative team.
• Organised and able to manage multiple assets and deadlines in a fast campaign environment.
