This person will report to the Creative Lead and work closely with both Business &amp; Tech Team to deliver within the stipulated timelines.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></div><ul><li>Responsible for web design layout and visual appearance of web / frontend projects</li><li>Create banners variations and split test to achieve best click through rate and conversions</li><li>Create EDMs (for email marketing)</li><li>Facilitate the product listing process by optimising the quality of photos</li><li>Present and justify your designs decisions for each of your deliverables</li><li>Cooperate with business users and developers to match visual design intent and front end needs</li><li>Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.</li></ul>
