Kick-start your career in retail merchandising with one of Malaysia's leading optical retail groups! As a Merchandising Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in merchandise planning, inventory management, sales analysis, visual merchandising, and marketing campaigns. This internship offers valuable exposure to the retail industry while working alongside experienced merchandising professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist in analyzing sales performance, product trends, and business reports.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning across retail outlets.
• Track fast-selling and slow-moving products and assist in replenishment planning.
• Support visual merchandising (VM) execution to ensure stores comply with brand standards.
• Assist in coordinating promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store marketing activities.
• Prepare sales, inventory, and merchandising reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Coordinate product samples, photoshoots, and merchandising materials.
• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Purchasing, and Retail teams to support daily merchandising activities.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including invoice verification, data entry, and documentation.
• Contribute ideas to improve sales performance, customer experience, and merchandising effectiveness.

• Business Administration
• Supply Chain Management
• Or any related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
