Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right eyewear based on their style, and budget.
- Help customers with frame and lens selection, ensuring a proper fit and comfort.
- Promote and sell optical products including glasses, contact lenses, and accessories.
- Assist with fitting and adjusting eyewear to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or optical environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of optical products and eyewear trends is a plus.
