Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right eyewear based on their style, and budget.
• Help customers with frame and lens selection, ensuring a proper fit and comfort.
• Promote and sell optical products including glasses, contact lenses, and accessories.
• Assist with fitting and adjusting eyewear to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

•  Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or optical environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Knowledge of optical products and eyewear trends is a plus.
• Optometrist and Optician welcome to apply.
