Job Description

• Prepare, process, and monitor Purchase Orders (PO) to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Manage purchases through online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and other relevant e-commerce platforms.
• Record goods receiving based on suppliers’ Delivery Orders (DOs), scan the documents and save them into server.
• Assist in following up with suppliers to obtain invoice & COA.
• Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to the Purchasing team as required.

Job Requirements

• Contract from October 2026 - 15/1/2027
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Interns and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant purchasing or administrative experience will be an advantage.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Willing to work in Tampoi, Johor Bahru.
