Job Description

• Local Sales Support: Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and coordinate deliveries between HQ, warehouses, production, and customers.
• Inventory & Internal Coordination: Monitor stock levels, maintain inventory records, coordinate replenishment, and prepare sales and operational reports.
• Export Operations & Shipping: Handle export sales orders, shipping documents, permits, container arrangements, and coordinate cargo readiness with production teams.
• Customer & Logistics Coordination: Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, transporters, and internal departments regarding shipment schedules, delivery updates, and payment follow-ups.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accuracy of sales, shipping, and export documentation while supporting compliance with logistics and international trade requirements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in sales coordination, logistics, or inventory management (Local role).
• 2–3 years’ experience in export operations, shipping documentation, or international logistics (Export role).
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with mandarin-speaker vendors; able to communicate in English and Malay for internal and external coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & ERP systems.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, distribution, or trading industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with inventory planning and export compliance processes.
